Younger Spears confirms pregnancy

Britney Spears’ little sister Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant with long time boyfriend, Casey Aldridge as the father.

The 16-year-old Zoey 101 star is already 12 weeks along her pregnancy as confirmed by her and her mother. "It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected," Jamie Lynn told OK! "I was in complete and total shock and so was he."

Britney’s Reaction:

Britney found out about the news the same time that everybody else found out.

As a family friend told People, "This is going to kill her," "In the end, she'll be supportive, but this is a big shock."

Brit is 10 years older to sister Jamie Lynn.

Effect to Mommy Lynne:

Lynne Spears, the two stars’ mom was said to release a parenting book but was delayed indefinitely due to Jamie Lynn’s pregnancy.

The book was scheduled to be out in public in the spring of 2008 but was put on hold just last week.

"Lynne Spears's personal story of raising high-profile children while coming from a low-profile Louisiana community." Publishers’ Weekly said about the book. "We are standing behind Lynn at this time and understand that she needs time with her family – we support that."

News like this would really bring great shock to all people involved. But I know everything will end up well (with Britney as exemption of course).
